Approval of 255 homes on land at Higher Exeter Road, Teignmouth, and a log cabin for a dog grooming business at Dawlish are among the planning applications that have been made this week across Teignmouth.

A coffee shop has also been proposed by Gissons Hotel and Restaurant at Kennford.
