ONE brave man is gearing up for a gruelling 225-mile bike ride to raise cash and awareness for the burns unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Thirty-five-year-old John Carter is about to pedal his way from the London hospital to Bovey Castle – where his brother Robin is getting married on Tuesday next week.
