INTRODUCING residents' parking schemes in Teignmouth is fraught with problems, councillors have warned.
Streets close to the town centre are clogged with cars parked all day by commuters, much to the annoyance of the people who live there, but there are no easy answers, the town council heard on Tuesday.
Members are also considering whether the one-way system introduced around George Street and Brunswick Street in the town centre should be reversed. And fears were raised that proposed traffic lights at the new entrance to the Morrisons supermarket at Broadmeadow, will lead to even more congestion on the main A381.
