HENNOCK Parish Council has launched an appeal for new councillors. 

The small council needs two new members to join its ranks from Chudleigh Knighton, Hennock or Teign Village.

A spokesman for the council said: ‘We need people from all backgrounds and experiences who reflect their community within to put themselves forward to be co-opted onto the parish council.’

Full parish meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm.
