A cafe that supports people with learning disabilities and autism will launch for takeaway in Newton Abbot on Monday.

No Limits Community Cafe and Hub was due to open in March but was postponed due to the coronavirus lock-down.

The cafe on Sherborne Road received funding from the National Lottery and will offer employment opportunities to its staff in the hospitality industry.

On July 4 the cafe will also be able to welcome diners.

Co founder of the not-for-profit business, Amanda Pugh, said: ‘We’re looking forward to getting started and welcoming customers.

‘We offer people a chance to learn about employment, and we offer real opportunities to enter the world of work through the catering sector.’
