THE Ex LMS Princess Coronation Class 4-6-2 No 6233 Duchess Of Sutherland, built in 1938, steams past the Marine Parade section of the multi-million pound Network Rail resilience works in Dawlish. The Dawlish section of the works are expected to be finished by the end of the year.
