A MAN who was facing the Plymouth Magistrates Court has had his charges dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service.

Timothy Marc Warner, aged 56, of Station Road, Madely, Telford, pleaded not guilty to the network annoyance charge which was that were brought against him in February, which was said to be committed at Newton Abbot between August 13 and 21 in 2021.

However, the crown prosecutor has since served a notice of discontinuance on the court in July, meaning that the case was discontinued and the charges were dropped.

The reason for dropping the charges was not given.
