The trustees and volunteers at Teign Heritage Centre would like to thank everyone who came along to the first Teignmouth Soup at the rugby club last week. We were thrilled to be the recipients of the most votes and a share of the ‘prize money’.

Teignmouth and Shaldon museum is one of three museums in Devon working on a pilot project with South West Museum Development, to encourage young people to volunteer in museums. This money will enable us to hold a consultation event with local schools to exchange ideas and help us to understand what young people would like from a museum and how we can engage with them.
