ANOTHER life saving defibrillator will soon be ready to install in Teignmouth.
The first of a series of the machines, which can keep heart attack victims alive long enough to receive specialist medical treatment, was recently unveiled at Eastcliff, near the yacht club after public fundraising.
Now the yacht club itself has procured another defibrillator, and Mike Brokenshire went along to a town council meeting on Tuesday to ask members where they would like it sited.
Three more are also planned for the town centre and seafront area and, after much discussion, members decided that the most suitable venues would be outside the beach office on the promenade, the lifeboat station, SeaSports South West at the harbour, and the Tesco Express shop in Bitton Park Road.
