FREEMASONS from across Devon have just handed out £22,000 support to local charities and organisations in the county.

Benefitting from the Teignbridge area were Starcross Sports and Community Association, which was sponsored by Salem Lodge, Dawlish; Teignmouth Shopmobility sponsored by St Michael’s Lodge, Dawlish; and Ashburton Brownies sponsored by the Ashburton Lodge.

Each received a cheque for £1,000 at a presentation evening in The Masonic Hall, Barnstaple.
