A MAN was rescued by coastguards after falling 35ft off Shaldon Bridge early on Sunday.The victim, in his 20s – understood to have been drinking – is thought to have been trying to retrieve a mobile phone he had dropped on to the muddy estuary below.The man, who has not been named, fell in at low tide
