A DAWLISH man faced two motoring charges when he appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court.
Billy Reede McGonnell, aged 28, of Second Avenue, is charged with failing to provide the Bristol Speed Enforcement Unit with details of the driver of a car alleged to have committed an offence.
He was also charged with failing to comply with a lane closure traffic light on or near the M4 in Gloucestershire.
The case was adjourned to October 6.
