A BUCKFASTLEIGH man has denied damaging the contents of a caravan at a Chudleigh holiday park and assaulting a woman by beating.

Kate Bush tribute to 'dear friend' lost in Devon Christmas Day swimDanny Morgan, aged 23, of Market Close, is accused of damaging a TV set, table and other items in a lodge belonging to Finlake Holiday Park. He pleaded not guilty to this at South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
He also denied two charges of assaulting a woman by beating at the holiday park and denies he damaged the woman’s iPhone to the value of £849.
Morgan pleaded not guilty to possessing 1.56 grammes of cannabis and to possessing a ‘Rambo’ style knife in a public place at the holiday park.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court remanded him in custody until December 16.
