OBSERVATIONAL comedian Paul F Taylor will be headlining the next Teignmouth Comedy Club event at Pavilions Teignmouth.

Having appeared on Harry Hill’s Clubnite, Paul’s free-ranging and unhinged daftness that takes in everything from doors to dentists leave many of his peers leaving his shows muttering ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’ under their breath.

He will be joining at the the gig on April 8 by James Bran and Louise Leigh. James is is a fast-rising talent on the UK comedy circuit and is resident MC at London’s Crack Comedy and Patchwork Club venues. He fires off some very quirky stand-up but is just as adept at quick-witted conversations with the crowd.

Soft-spoken but very sharp-edged, Louise Leigh is living proof that a midlife crisis doesn’t have to involve a Harley Davidson and an underwear model (yet).

Her reflections on motherhood and suburban life take a familiar theme in surprising new directions, all delivered with the confident, unhurried poise of a masterful storyteller.

As ever the whole evening is held together by ever-popular MC Tom Glover.

Tickets are priced at £12 in advance, bookable through www.pavilionsteignmouth.org.uk. or £14 on the door on the night.
