Teignmouth’s Royal British Legion branch has closed after nearly 90 years.?

Cllr Sylvia Russell said: ‘It’s a huge shame, but a sign of the times. There are not so many service people around these days, and younger people socialise in a different way.

‘The town council will ensure the remembrance day is still held each year, and would appreciate any help.’
