A TEIGNMOUTH man is among a group of holidaymakers taking legal action after a Spanish holiday was ruined by an outbreak of Legionnaire's Disease.

Philip Cox, 59, and his wife Karen, 55, stayed at the C'an Sanso Apartments in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, in October, where one Briton reportedly died from the disease while others fell ill.

He and others who suffered have now instructed specialist international personal injury lawyers firm Irwin Mitchell to investigate the cause of their condition.

Mr and Mrs Cox were on a two-week stay, along with Mr Cox's sister and her partner.
