A FULL day of ‘thought-provoking’ discussion about the future of local food in Devon is taking place at a Newton Abbot community centre in October.
The Action on Climate in Teignbridge event at the Courtenay Centre on Saturday, October 4 promises ‘thought-provoking sessions and interactive discussion’
Whether you're passionate about health, education, or sustainable food systems, this event offers something for everyone.
The event takes place from 10am until 5.30pm.
There will be three sessions: ‘Your Health and Your Food – How Are They Connected?’ at 10am until 12pm; ‘Why We Need Local Food in Our Schools’ at 12:30pm until 2:30 pm and ‘How to Support Local Food Production’ at 3:00pm until 5:30pm.
