Teignmouth parents whose baby was born with a hip problem have launched a fundraising campaign to help a charity that supported them during the medical treatment.Ben and Kathryn Bax noticed a clunking noise coming from little Sophie's hip when she began to move around.Doctors insisted there was nothing wrong, but mum and dad persisted, and eventually when she was a year old, a specialist at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital soon discovered that Sophie's hip had not developed properly.'While we were pleased there was at last a diagnosis, the course of treatment was a real shock to us,' said Mrs Bax.'
