SAVE Our Hospital Services has organised a rally to save Teignmouth Hospital,on Saturday, June 2.

The group will assemble at midday at The Triangle in Teignmouth to hear from rally speakers including David Halpin, Helen Beetham, Cllr Martin Shaw and Ray Ashman. There’ll also be an open mic for people to have their say.

A spokesman for the event said: ‘We’re inviting everyone to join us to voice their concerns about cuts to local NHS services and to call for no more cuts, no more hospital closures, no further drift to privatisation and to demand a truly state-of-the-art health and care provision for the town.’
