TEIGNBRIDGE saw 191 new people receive a confirmed positive test result on January 30.

The lates Government figures also reveal that between January 24 and 30, 1,696 people had a confirmed positive test result in Teignbridge.

This shows an increase of 16.4% compared to the previous seven days.

There was also one death within 28 days of a positive test for coronavirus reported in the district on the same day.

90,201 people had been given a booster or third dose by the end of January 29 in Teignbridge.
