175 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on Teignbridge on January 15.

According to the latest Government figures between January 9 and 15, 1,136 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows a decrease of -22.0% compared to the previous seven days.

The good news is that there were no deaths within 28 days of a positive test for coronavirus reported in Teignbridge on January 15.

Healthcare in Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust

Five people with coronavirus went into hospital on January 9.

Between January 3 and 9, 30 went into hospital with coronavirus. This shows a decrease of -18.9% compared to the previous seven days.

There were 34 patients in hospital with coronavirus on January 11.

There was one coronavirus patient in hospital beds with a mechanical ventilator on January 11.
