two 'irreplaceable' guitars stolen from the Teignmouth musician who taught X Factor finalist Luke Friend to play, have been found.

Pete Williams told the Post he was 'overjoyed' to have them back, and thanked two other musicians who spotted them for sale on the Gumtree website.

They informed the police, who recovered the pair from an address in Crediton at the weekend, just after the theft was reported in the Post.

'It is brilliant news. It was not so much the monetary value, but the fact that I was really attached to the instruments which I regularly play in my band, the Fun Boy 4,' said Mr Williams.
