A TEN-year-old boy has made a public apology for defacing the Teignmouth seafront skatepark.
He scrawled graffiti on the popular facility, but was soon found by police.
And as a punishment he was told to write a letter of apology via the Teignmouth Post.
PCSO Liz Francis said that while patrolling the seafront, she was approached by skateboarders unhappy at the graffiti attack.
