A CRIME-busting Teignmouth youth scheme is being axed by the county council, causing fury in the town.The Youth Inclusion Programme aimed at keeping youngsters occupied and out of trouble has only been going a year but has reduced anti-social behaviour by more than 40 per cent and won the support of police, councillors and other agencies.But the new Conservative administration at county hall dropped a bombshell this week by deciding to pull the plug, only days after a 'suppressed' press release lauding the success of the project.The council is not renewing the £100,000 grant as part of an economy drive and the project ends on March 31.
