ANOTHER Teignmouth beach hut could be sold for an eye-watering sum.

One is up for grabs on the back beach and the price guide at auction is £65,000.

It could go for far more, or less – it is anybody's guess until the hammer comes down at the Jolly Farmer, Newton Abbot, on May 18.
