MAGISTRATES have remanded a man accused of fraud on bail.

Lee Vian, 43, whose address was given to the court as Ross Caravan Park, Ipplepen, has pleaded not guilty to the charge of committing fraud by false representation. We have been asked to point out he does not live at this address.

He is accused of trying to sell a caravan following receipt of a deposit intending to make a gain of £390.

He was remanded on unconditional bail until June 27.
