New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Teignbridge’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Teignbridge restaurant given new food hygiene ratingThe Doe, at 46 Fore Street Buckfastleigh was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 19.
And Ashburton Cafe, at 10 East Street Ashburton was given a score of one on June 20.
It means that of Teignbridge's 253 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 214 (85%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
