BOVEY Tracey is gearing up for this Saturday’s Nourish food festival. After being paused for the last few years the free event is hoping for a triumphant return.

Food lovers can expect to see the length of Fore Street packed with vendors selling some of the finest local artisan food and drink. Visitors can also discover a perfect selection of local designer maker crafts at the local Methodist chapel and revel in the sumptuous music performed by Internationally acclaimed performers at the parish church and Methodist church.

‘We created Nourish Festival to give a boost to Bovey Tracey through craft, food, and music. It’s also a thank you to the town for supporting Craft Festival,’ said festival creator Sarah James.

‘This September 10 you can eat your way up Fore Street and drink your way down, in between sit and relax, listen to music, meet makers, and soak up the atmosphere with friends and family.’

Visitors can expect to sample and buy artisan cheeses, preserves, meat, cakes, gin, beer, wine, cordials, vegetables, herbs, liqueurs, pates, and handmade chocolates.
