A TEIGNMOUTH church was alive with flowers and music for five days.
Colourful blooms of all kinds decorated St Michael's Church, and musicians provided a mix of music from the Beatles to classical and blues.
Churchwarden Fred Price rated the annual flower and music festival one of the best yet, attracting hundreds of people. It also raised more than £5,000 for church funds.
'It seems to get better and better every year, and this was certainly one of the best. There were 45 floral exhibits and some of the displays were stunning.
'One display included a pond with tadpoles, and a humidifier providing mist, which was very atmospheric.
'A lot of hard work went into the displays and they were much appreciated by church members, and members of the public who popped in.'
Among the musicians were the Stover School Choir, St Gregory's Choir, from Dawlish, the Chordettes, and several organists.
