A MAN in his 60s has died following a medical emergency at Finlake Holiday Park in Chudleigh.

Police were called to the holiday park at around 9am on Saturday, October 3, after receiving a report that a man had suffered a medical episode.

Paramedics attended and made efforts to revive him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Devon & Cornwall Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious. A file will now be prepared for the coroner.

An eyewitness described seeing a police cordon and emergency service personnel at the park.

‘Staff at Finlake were supporting them, so we knew it must have been serious’, the eyewitness told the Mid-Devon Advertiser.
