A MAN has been fined £80 for being on the A380 at Newton Abbot in dangerous circumstances.

Jamie Lee Jones, aged 33, of no fixed address, admitted the charge. As well as the fine he must pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £48 to fund victim services.

Jones also pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in the A & E department waiting room at Torbay District Hospital. He was fined £40.
