GROUPS of budding cyclists from schools across Teignbridge and Devon have had a unique chance to pedal the 1km hill climb - where in a moments time, the likes of Sir Bradley Wiggins will be battling it out. One spectator, at Haytor, said: ‘The moist conditions are failing to dampen the spirits of the people here.’ The race got underway this morning in Sidmouth and the cyclists are currently approaching Chudleigh and Bovey Tracey.
