LITTLE Llewellyn Brodbeck was in danger of being inconsolable when his lifelong cuddly toy was lost on a train between Cardiff and Newton Abbot.

Panic stations set in when it was realised that the toddler’s ‘Elephant’ had not alighted with Llewellyn and mum Victoria as they arrived in Newton Abbot from south Wales for a family visit to Kingskerswell.

A desperate SOS was despatched last Thursday to the train operator – via a call centre in Mumbai – which drew a blank.
