DELIGHTED students picked up their A level results from Coombeshead Academy in Newton Abbot this morning.
Many are now confirmed as going on the university including the Universities of Brighton, Exeter, Reading, Gloucestershire and the Liverpool Media Academy.
Among the successful cohort of Coombeshead students this year is Thomas Malcolm, whose consistently dazzling performances in school productions also carried through to his results as he earned three Distinctions across Music and Performing Arts.
Thomas is now set to study Musical Theatre at Leeds Conservatoire.
Fellow student Nicole Fordham’s hard work over her time at Coombeshead was justly rewarded with a Distinction and two A grades. Nicole is now heading to Exeter to study Geography.

And Mason O’ Connell has applied himself diligently, securing four A levels in Geography, Biology, Maths and English; including 2 A grades in Geography and Biology.
He is headed off to the University of Bristol to study Geography with a year studying abroad.
