NEWTON Abbot Town Council Planning Committee recommended that an outline application by Mr and Mrs A Noyce to build a dwelling with all matters reserved for future consideration, at Mainbow Farm, Perry Lane, should be refused.

The committee agreed to inform Teignbridge Council that it should be refused because it is in the countryside and outside the Local Plan.
