A MAN who drove through Dawlish while over the drug-drive limit has been banned for a year.

Brandon Thomas Miller, aged 24, of Younghayes Road, Cranbrook, pleaded guilty to driving on the A380 B carriageway at Ideford while over the limit for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood.

As well as the ban, he was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and £34 to the victim services fund.
