The session will take place at Forde House on May 12 from 9am to 12pm and May 19 from 2pm to 4pm.
Officers from the council’s Housing team will be available to: answer general questions about landlord responsibilities; provide guidance on property standards, repairs and safety; discuss recent and upcoming changes in housing legislation; signpost to relevant advice, support and resources and provide information about the SPRINT letting service for landlords .
A spokesperson for the council said: ‘The session is free to attend and there is no need to book.
‘You are welcome to drop in at any point during the session.
‘Whether you are an experienced landlord or new to letting, this is an opportunity to speak directly to council officers in an informal setting’.
