A KINGSKERSWELL man has appeared in court charged with motoring offences.

David Vooght, 46, of Park Road, appeared before magistrates to make a statutory declaration following a conviction to identify the driver of a car, ordered by magistrates in Bodmin.

He is also charged with driving a Honda Civic on March 18 2021 on the A380 at Wapperwell Dip exceeding the 70mph speed limit.

On May 20 2021, he is also accused of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver.

Both cases were adjourned to Bodmin magistrates court on April 20.
