A KINGSKERSWELL man has denied drink-driving.

Martin Harrison Browne, aged 38, of Charles Road, pleaded not guilty to driving while over the limit in Charles Road. It is alleged he gave a reading of 108 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to August 25.
