A reception at the Blue Anchor, Teignmouth, has marked the retirement of three of the town's dockers. Mayor Cllr Fred Tooley, himself a former dock worker, was on hand to ensure that Martin Konetsky, John Wise and Charlie Guppy had a good send off.
