IMPROVING conditions are being reported this morning, but parts of Devon are still experiencing localised flooding today.

Many schools that had been temporarily closed yesterday have reopened this morning.

Some of the county’s roads remain temporarily closed while conditions make them impassable.

As of 9am this morning, Wednesday, January 28, road closures include:

• A382 Monks Way near B3387 roundabout Bovey Tracey;

• Totnes Road, Buckfastleigh – Flooding, impassable;

• Moretonhampstead Road, Lustleigh – Flooded impassable;

• Exeter Road, Teigngrace/Kingsteignton border – flooded, closed and impassable;

• Clay Lane- Kingsteignton
