TRAFFIC is queuing in Newton Abbot this afternoon following an accident.

The A383 Ashburton Road is partially blocked following the two-vehicle collision.

The accident is understood to have happened just after 3pm, between Laurie Avenue and Coombeshead Road.

It is not clear how serious the collision was or whether anyone has been injured as a result.
