A BUCKFASTLEIGH woman has denied drink-driving.
Jane Maria Sandbrook, aged 58, of Scorriton, has pleaded not guilty to drink-driving after allegedly giving a reading of 55mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
She also denied driving a VW Transporter at Buckfastleigh without insurance and pleaded not guilty to driving the vehicle when it did not have an MoT certificate.
South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court adjourned the case to March 3, 2023, for a trial.
