MAGISTRATES have imposed a fine on a Kingsteignton man after a community order was ‘unworkable’.
Stuart Chapple, 31, of Priscott Way, had originally been sentenced for driving an Audi on East Street in Newton Abbot on April 11 2020 while disqualified from holding a licence.
The original sentence of a community order was revoked by magistrates as it was unworkable since changes in Chapple’s personal circumstances.
The court fined Chapple £300 for the original offence.
