A BUCKFASTLEIGH man has denied assaulting a woman at a holiday park, damaging her iPhone and having a ‘Rambo Style knife’.

Danny Morgan, aged 23, of Market Close, has pleaded not guilty to seven charges and was remanded in custody until a court hearing on December 12 by South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court.

Morgan has been charged with two assaults by beating on a woman at Finlake Holiday Park in Chudleigh. He is also accused of breaking her iPhone and damaging a TV, table and other items in one of the holiday park’s lodges.

He is accused of making threats to the woman. He has further been charged with possessing 1.45 grammes of cannabis and a knife.
