A MAN from North Bovey has denied failing to provide police with information to identify the driver of a Mini Cooper who is alleged to have committed a driving offence.
The case against Mark Hayes, aged 52, of Blacksticks, was adjourned by South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court to March 28 for a trial.
