A BUCKFASTLEIGH man has denied drink-driving.
Matthew Charles Jeffery, aged 45, of Oaklands Park, is accused of driving a Mercedes at Buckfastleigh with 61 mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath, the legal limit is 35mcgs. He is also accused of being drunk and disorderly in the town.
The case was adjourned to November 14.
