A TEIGNMOUTH man has changed his plea to guilty of failing to provide police with a specimen of breath when required.
The case against Thomas Oliver Papworth, aged 28, of St Mary’s Road, was adjourned until February 2,2023, for pre-sentence reports to be prepared.
