A NEWTON Abbot firm has pleaded not guilty to failing to provide the identity of the driver of a Vauxhall Movano suspected of committing a driving offence.
The case against Harbrom Home Improvements Ltd, of Quay Road, was adjourned until December 20 by South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court.
