A HOMELESS man who admitted breaching a restraining order has been fined £80.
Justin David Lean, aged 49, pleaded guilty to attending a Newton Abbot address when he was prohibited by a restraining order. He was ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £32 to fund victim services.
